Hi, I’m Frankee, AKA "Franke the Tank"—a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with over 5 years of experience. As a former competitive athlete and varsity soccer player at the University of Victoria, I’ve lived the highs and lows of fitness.

After years of overtraining and under-fueling, I learned the hard way that true health comes from balance. My philosophy? Exercise and eat out of love for yourself. Strength-building, proper nutrition, and sustainable habits are the foundation of lifelong success.

Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or feeling stuck in your progress, I’m here to guide you toward a stronger, healthier version of yourself.
